Dear Michelle, Isabelle, Elders, and Members of Cross,
Last Sunday I attended services at Cross to listen to two politicians I greatly admire. I was pleased with their message. In addition, I felt so at home, welcomed and loved. I found the renunciation of White Supremacy especially refreshing and to the point.
I had conversations with a few members and learned all about the beautiful windows in your sanctuary. I enjoyed the choir and the welcome from the ushers. I will be back. Please use this donation to assist your various ministries.
Peace be with you.
Pamela G.
Love it! — Teri W.
[Cross] recognizes the humanity in all of us and stands up for what it preaches. Its celebration of diversity and humanity makes it an amazing place to worship and a fantastic community to be a part of! — Wyatt M.
When I found Cross, I was instantly drawn to the diversity, the spirit so clearly felt in the music, and the focus on loving others and seeking justice for all. Though I wasn’t looking for a church, Cross was exactly what I was searching for. — Emory C.
Cross is such welcoming place and so inclusive! — Alicia B.
Being around great people is a great way to celebrate God. — Aaron P.
CLC has been like an extended family to me. I was going through some things & felt like I was going to suffocate. Everything around me was, So unsettling. But a family member from the church told me about the quilting ministry. “The nimble fingers and anointed souls”. I didn’t know if I wanted to deal w/being the outsider, but I can tell you that this quilting ministry has been an Awesome outlet for me. The women that are in this group are so knowledgeable & can put a smile on my face no matter how bad things get for me. I can go on for hours to tell you how grateful I am to have joined the quilting group & how helpful Pastor Michelle, Ms. Fran, Ms. Deb, Ms. Lela, Ms. June, Doc Terry, Ms. Cheryl & my sister/cousin Gwen! The list is bigger: but I believe that the Lord placed me w/this group for a reason. Thanks, CLC for allowing me to be a part of something so great! — Faye M.
